While April showers have turned more into May deluges than anything else here in Houston, it's pretty evident that Spring is in full swing in the Bayou City. It's been a while since we've done a themed post, and while perusing through Maggie Taylor's new Extraordinary Days book a common motif showed up among many of her pieces. Spring is a season of renewal and vitality symbolized in many cultures by rabbits, which are abundantly represented in Maggie's work.
Enjoy our bevy of bunnies below or hop on in to the gallery (sorry, couldn't resist) to see these works in person!
"Hello Rabbit, is that you?"
"Let's pretend it isn't", said Rabbit, "and see what happens."
