Houston Center for Photography announces its first-ever print sale featuring works from its existing inventory, taking place Thursday, May 28th through Saturday, May 30th. Unframed works will be available for purchase at prices ranging from $10 to $500, while framed works will be offered at 20–50% below fair market value.

As Houston Center for Photography prepares for our exciting upcoming move, we are undertaking a thoughtful reorganization of its storage holdings. The Spring Cleaning Print Sale offers the public a unique opportunity to acquire works from the hundreds of photographic prints currently housed in HCP’s storage facilities.
Unframed prints will be available for purchase as is, while framed works will be sold together with their existing frames. Prints will be organized by price tiers, including $10, $50, $100, and higher-value selections.
HCP members will receive exclusive early access to the sale prior to opening to the general public during HCP’s regular hours, providing an opportunity for first selection. Following the members-only preview period, the event will be open to all visitors.
